Year 2 go to the Food Fayre

As it was the final chance the Year 2's would have, we decided to go to the food fayre at the Methodist Chapel this morning.  The Year 2's were off to sell their eco bags that the whole school had designed along with produce from our school garden including spinach, lettuces and rhubarb and rosemary.  We also had some beautiful lavender which we thought people may like for their homes.

Miss Turner and Mrs Appleyard made us work very hard!  We had to explain to people all about our bags and produce and why they should buy them.  We then had to count people's money and give them the right change.  We definitely earned our delicious slice of cake that Trisha treated us to!
