Positive thoughts

This week we have been thinking about our mental health. We talked about having different feelings at different times and how we cope with them.

We tried yoga on Wednesday to see if it made us feel calm and happy. Lots of us really enjoyed it and would like to do more, so Miss Wones is looking into it.  We also shared stories about feelings and moods like ‘The Colour Monster’ that Gemma from pre-school let us borrow.  Miss Turner did some meditation to music with us and some of us chose to make, colour and create things during our sunshine time as that makes us happy too.

The adults have all been impressed by the children’s thoughts about how to keep themselves healthy inside and out and their sensitive comments on how to help others who may be struggling - amazing children!
